Familes & Portraits

Thank you for considering Remember When...Photos to create your family portraits. Whether it's a daytime studio session or an outdoor on location golden hour session, you can rest assure these portraits will be admired by family and friends for years to come. I will guide you through the session to capture natural expressions of the most important people in your life, to be able to pass down through generations.

Family Sessions are done on location at Golden Hour (arriving on location 1 hour before sunrise OR 2 hours before sunset) If you have littles, I recommend giving them a snack just before you arrive. I also suggest arriving a little early to your shoot to give children time to relax & warm up to us. Once we have confirmed your appointment, I'll contact you about a location & clothing ideas by phone. This is to ensure your questions are answered and that your shoot is specific to your portrait goals.

With families & children you can expect both posed and candid shots. We all want that "perfect over the mantle shot" of your beautifully posed family which I'll get first. Then we will allow the kids to be kids to capture the true personalities. Those genuine laughs, natural smiles sweet expressions & the bonds with each.

About 3-4 weeks after each session I will invite you to your gallery of 20-30 fully edited images from which you can choose your favorites to purchase products from the gallery store or to downloan as digitals to share.
